No articulacy can do justice to Chitra’s nearly 20 years of PQE. She co-founded Avigna Law in the early 2010s competing with established law firms in league tables and rankings which inspired many lawyers to take the entrepreneurial path to chart their own territory. At Avigna, Chitra advised several start-ups (and today’s leading unicorns) including Dunzo, Swiggy, DailyHunt and several others as well as established corporates such as Reliance Retail and Epsilon. Chitra then joined Reliance Industries Limited where she was instrumental in setting up and co-leading a dedicated M&A legal team for the group over the last few years.

Chitra’s wit and brilliant sense of humour will have you laughing in tears even on the most stressful of days. We are lucky to have already experienced this with Chitra being a long-term supporter and friend of the firm despite technically being a competitor in the start-up space.
