Lenskart (online eyewear platform) in its Series E round of funding from Premji Invest.
UNBXD Software (e-commerce product discovery platform) in its Series C fund raise of about $12.5 Million led by Eight Roads Ventures with participation by existing investors IDG Ventures, Inventus Capital Partners and Nirvana Ventures.
DailyHunt (news app) in its Series D funding from ByteDance (a Chinese tech company). The Firm also represented DailyHunt in its follow-on funding from Byte Dance and Sequoia.
Lead School (ed-tech company) in its Series A investment from Elevar Equity.
Founder and former CEO of the UTV Group, Ronnie Screwvala in his exit from Arré (a digital content platform) to the Enam Group. The firm’s founding partner also worked on structuring investments into Arré and inter-se rights amongst the founders of Arré.
Ipsaa (day care chain) in its acquisition of Mumbai based ‘The Nest’.
Myra Medicines (online medical platform) in its Series A round of funding from Matrix Partners and Times Internet.
OfBusiness (online B2B marketplace) in its Series B round of funding led by Zodius Technology Opportunities Fund.
UpGrad (an ed-tech company) in its acqui-hire of Pyoopil Technologies.

Exit from Ace2Three (India’s leading online rummy platform), as part of a significant investment for a majority stake by the Clairvest Group. 

Series B investment in Credit Vidya, (fin-tech).

Full exit from ‘W’ (women’s clothing apparel brand) to TA Associates. TA Associates also invested $140 million into ‘W’ as part of the transaction.

Series A investment in Testbook (ed-tech company for government job tests).
US$6 Million Series A funding round in Zarget (a SaaS-based marketing automation platform) led by Sequoia India, Matrix Partners and Accel.

US$55 Million Series D funding round of Practo (healthcare platform). The round was led by Tencent, with participation from certain existing investors (including Matrix) and saw the induction of ru-Net, RSI Fund (owned by Recruit Holdings) and Thrive Capital as investors in Practo. 

Follow on investment in the $31 Million Series D funding round in Mswipe Technology (mobile payments) which was led by UC-RNT with participation by existing investors - Matrix Partners India, Falcon Edge Capital and DSG Consumer Partners. 

Other Investors

The firm represented Nexus Venture Partners in its seed funding of Hasura (a platform that helps developers build apps).
The firm represented Lightspeed Venture Partners and Matrix Partners in their exit from ItzCash (fintech) via sale of shares to Ebix Inc as a part of an investment of $124 Million by Ebix Inc to acquire 80% of ItzCash.
The firm represented IDG Ventures and Endiya Partners in the US$ 1.35 million seed funding round of Hansel (a real-time mobile app management platform).
The firm represented IDG Ventures in its partial exit from Lenskart to Premji Invest.
The firm represented Ronnie Screwvala in the combined acquisition of 32.89% of Neuland Health Science (health care) by Ronnie Screwvala, Steadview Capital and Malabar Funds from healthcare-focused private equity firm Evolvence.
The firm represented IDG Ventures, Adveq and certain HNIs in the US$60 Million Series D funding in Lenskart (online eyewear platform). The round was led by IFC.
